
An outdoor festival featuring live music, fly fishing, conservation education and local vendors is set for Saturday in Ennis.
The event runs from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Aug. 15 at Peter T's Park and will feature outdoor activities, a silent auction, raffle items and food from Sweet Breeze Crepes.
Live music will include Connor Brooks and friends, The Dammit Lauren duo and The Tessie Lou Band. Local speakers will also discuss topics including the Madison River and fishing in Patagonia.
Dozens of vendors and organizations are scheduled to participate, including Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks, the Madison River Foundation, Grow Wild, Bear Aware, Casting for Recovery and the MSU Freshwater Research Lab.
Attendees can also learn about aquatic invasive species, bear safety, wildlife conservation and outdoor recreation throughout the day.
