Pan-Seared Trout with Lemon Butter:

 

Ingredients:Pan fried trout

4 trout filets

4 tbsp butter

2 tbsp lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Preparation:

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add butter and lemon juice to the skillet, and stir until the butter is melted.
  • Season the trout filets with salt and pepper, and add them to the skillet.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the trout is cooked through and golden brown on both sides.

 

Serve immediately, with additional lemon wedges if desired.
