Smoked Trout Dip:

 

Ingredients:Smoked salmon dip with a bread being dipped

8 oz. smoked trout, flaked

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (such as dill, chives, or parsley)

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Preperation:

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the smoked trout, cream cheese, sour cream, herbs, salt and pepper.

  • Cover and refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours, to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve with crackers or vegetables.
