What is Dubbing?

 

Dubbing is used to make the body of a fly. Dubbing is made from natural and synthetic fibers that are twisted together on thread and wound onto the hook to form the desired “insect”  body. Dubbing is used to imitate the color and texture of an insect. It comes in a wide range of colors and textures to match a fly tyers needs.
